SMC lines
SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) is a composite manufacturing process that uses a ready-to-mold material made from thermosetting resin, glass fibers, fillers, and additives. The SMC material is produced in sheet form and then compression molded in a heated tool to create complex, high-strength components with excellent dimensional stability and surface finish. This technology is widely used because it combines lightweight properties with high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. SMC also enables efficient high-volume production, reducing part count and manufacturing costs while maintaining consistent quality and performance.
