At the heart of the system is “Easy Power Mapping,” a revolutionary, computer-aided and patented innovation that intelligently configures the machine’s initial settings to enhance process stability, optimize material distribution, lower sheet thickness, and drastically reduce energy use.
Its patented Triplo system makes e-Forming the most compact on the market. The system is infinitely variable between maximum and minimum parameters thanks to the 3-motor drive adjustment, and the setting can be easily saved and recalled for fast tool changes.
The “Easy Tool Change” system enables fast, safe, and complete tool changes — an essential advantage for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
These machines are custom-designed to process a wide range of thermoplastic materials via vacuum forming, twin sheet, thermocovering, pressure forming, and thermocompression.
