The DXi, our offer for direct infusion of wind blades, is the heart of our plant. This cutting-edge machine, paired with in-line degassing, incorporates patented technologies for optimizing resin distribution throughout the entire blade, doing so faster and more efficiently than any solution currently available on the market.
To infuse larger wind blades, it is necessary to have an in-line degassing system to guarantee that no air remains in the resin as it sets.
Once degassed, resin should be properly transferred to the casting area. Our proposal includes every possible situation, from IBC filling systems to rigid pipe distribution solutions.
Beyond the resin infusion, our plants for HP-RTM are used to create structural parts, like spar caps, which are the main load bearing structure for the blade and are important for maintaining balance.
