Short-stroke presses

For thermoset and thermoplastic materials, our short-stroke presses are more compact and efficient than a traditional down-stroke vertical press of the same specifications. They save on the total amount of oil needed to operate, reducing build-up times and the overall height of the press. We developed different configurations of these presses depending on the specific application, product, factory layout, etc. Each can be supplied with a single or double shuttle table to improve productivity and/or shorten mold changeover times.

Our short-stroke presses are engineered in order to guarantee proper stiffness and good precision, features which have a direct effect on the part quality.

High flexibility and short cycle times for mass production are guaranteed by design: tilting and shuttle tables allow fast and proper operations on the mold, while automated loading and unloading permit lower open mold times.
