Two injection technologies
Double your foaming capacity with our RotoJig® system. It features two fixtures in production: one operating on the lower side and the other curing on the upper side.
This design enables the complete foaming fixture to rotate 180° (including the side walls). After foam injection and initial expansion in the cabinet, the polymerization station moves to an upper level above the foaming station.
This setup doubles foaming capacity on a single line: while service operations (demolding, loading a new shell, closing the fixture, injecting foam, and initial stabilization) occur on the lower floor, polymerization takes place on the upper floor.
The primary difference between this system and our RotoPlug® is that the latter is ideal for flexible production with “zero-time” plug changes, while RotoJig® excels in high-volume production with limited floor space.
