Designed to perfection
Ideal for small, hard mineral particles and recycled polyurethanes, Solimix precisely blends these powders with one or more polyols. This in-line mixing solution includes one or multiple powder feeding and dosing systems coupled to external storage. The powders and polyols are dosed in closed-loop and forced to pass through a dedicated dynamic mixer.
The resulting slurry can be transferred to the dosing equipment (Solistream) or to an intermediate buffer tank.
The unit is provided with PLC and sensors, so recipe preparation is automatic.
