The LS is designed to control PU deposition accurately along the edges of the produced part and drastically reduce overspray.
This helps minimize material waste and reduce the environmental impact of the spraying process.
Because of its flow rate, spraying is faster with our LS than traditional air-aided spraying systems, granting a reduced cycle time and improved overall efficiency.
The LS features an L-shaped, self-cleaning mixing chamber. Depending on the chemical system used, the spraying tip is cleaned using air or a solvent.
