HE Booster
Our HE Booster is a modular dosing unit dedicated to RRIM applications for automotive exteriors. The HE Booster makes use of nitrogen accumulators to quickly store and release hydraulic energy to move the metering pistons.

Our specially-designed scraping-type piston prevents material build-up on the side walls, moving all material each injection. The piston is subject to less contact with the abrasive polyol blend as only its bottom comes into contact with the mixture.
The HE Booster is equipped with extra-stroke cylinders which significantly simplify gasket replacement.
