DXI

Designed for resin infusion in wind blade technology, the DXI is our highly innovative solution that rethinks the entire vacuum infusion process. With this machine, no additional pumping systems are needed as the flow rate decreases during infusion thanks to our patented configuration. While the standard DX, an entry-level version, manages bucket infusion, the DXI actively controls different infusion points, automatically changing the flow rate according to the infusion pressure in the laminate.

Designed to perfection

The DXI manages the widest flow rate range on the market and its dedicated mixing head is specially designed to process the resin and hardener in line without losing mixing efficiency during flow rate changes at each infusion gate.

With different DXI sizes and our patented system we cover an incredible range of flow rates from nearly 0 Kg/min to 80 Kg/min. The DXI includes a recirculation system to set and control all the required parameters, like mixing ratio, temperature and pressure.
