Our B1 dosing machine is designed explicitly for gasketing technology and is configurable for processing polyurethane and silicone-based formulations at low, medium or high viscosity. The dedicated B1-Multi mixing head can be equipped with different mixer shapes and sizes and features a drip-stop device to prevent the chemicals from dripping into the production line between gasket shots.

The B1 features a double pumping group for each component, recirculation pumps located downstream of the tanks to avoid pre-flow or pressure-balancing issues and dosing pumps near the mixing head injectors, allowing the highest possible dosing accuracy.
This allows for maintaining optimal process parameters like temperature, homogeneity and air nucleation, via recycling circuits. It also guarantees maximum dosing precision and repeatability because of the reduced distance between the mixing head and dosing pumps.
