How? Performing routine maintenance and having spare parts available is pivotal, and, in many cases, makes all the difference.
To give our clients a valid tool for quickly and easily managing maintenance and spare parts for their new dosing unit and equipment, we developed OptiTool, a free web platform for spare parts.
On OptiTool, customers find:
- User and maintenance manuals, certifications, declarations of conformity and other documents
- An alarms list with the relevant explanation and possible solutions
- Interactive electric and component blueprints with available spare parts
- Interactive component drawings with a list of available spare parts
Activating OptiTool for your new dosing unit is simple: just provide us the user’s name and the email address. They will receive personalized credentials (the user can be easily changed by relaying us new user’s data).
After logging in and setting the preferred language (13 languages available), clients can explore manuals, diagrams and spare parts for their purchased machines.
Updated Manuals
In this section, clients can find all the documentation related to their machines, regularly updated.
Binding regulations (as ATEX regulations, documents on suitable chemicals), certificates and user and maintenance manuals, as well as single components, are available as soon as issued in the final release and can be downloaded by any of the client’s authorized personnel.
Interactive Diagrams
The interactive schemes and diagrams in this section allow machine components to easily be identified and spare parts quickly accessible.
Components available as spare parts are highlighted in red and, by mousing over them, you will find their codification, relevant description, priority level and suggested quantity.
Schemes are available for equipment components, wiring and other parts, like hydraulic units, plants or machine layouts, alarm zones or ventilation layouts.
Spare Parts
Finding the correct spare part for your plant is simple with OptiTool. Users can select any available spare part directly from the interactive diagrams or from the drawings uploaded in the spare parts section.
Here, in few clicks, clients can add spare parts they need to the cart and submit the request for a quote online. Our relevant local unit will proceed with the quotation and reach out to you as quickly as possible.
